Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Fix My Job account and the information linked to it. You don't need the app installed to do this.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below with the email address you use to sign in to Fix My Job (your Google account email).
  2. We check that the request is genuine. We may email you at that address to confirm.
  3. We delete your account and data within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
What should we delete?

What gets deleted

Deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (name, email, picture)
  • Your job, pay, employer, hours and location answers
  • Your answers about your rights and problems at work
  • Your goals, skills, certifications and plan
  • Your ratings, feedback and "Not for me" reasons
  • Your job-offer settings and contact email

Kept

  • A record of this request (your email, date and reference) to show we handled it — kept for up to 2 years
  • Short-lived server logs and backups, which are overwritten in the normal cycle
  • Totals that can't identify you (for example, how many people rated a suggestion useful)
